Ingredients
  1. 125 grams butter
  2. 125 grams sugar
  3. 1 Tbs honey
  4. 3-4 cups ricies
Instructions
  1. Simmer butter, honey, & sugar together gently for 3 minutes. Cool slightly and add rice bubbles. Press into tin and cut when cool.

Ingredients
  1. 250 grams dark chocolate-chopped
  2. 125 grams toasted hazelnuts
  3. 1 cup marshmallows
  4. 125 grams crystallised ginger
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat, stir well and cool slightly. Fold in other ingredients. Spread into well greased tin & refrigerate until firm.

  1. 1 packet malt biscuits (crushed)
  2. 1 packet fruit puffs (chopped)
  3. 125 grams butter
  4. ½ tin sweetened condensed milk
  5. coconut
Instructions
  1. Heat the butter & condensed milk gently. Add to the crushed biscuits & fruit puffs. Form into rolls and roll in the coconut. Refrigerate then slice as required.

  1. 1 packet plain biscuits
  2. 1 cup coconut
  3. 125 grams (4 oz) butter
  4. ½ tin sweetened condensed milk
  5. 3 tsp concentrated orange cordial
Instructions
  1. Crush biscuits with a rolling pin or in food processor. Mix with coconut. Heat butter & condensed milk carefully, stirring constantly. Add cordial and combine with the crumbs. Press into a shallow tin and ice when set.

  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 cups wheatgerm
  5. 450 grams Self Raising flour
Instructions
  1. Soften butter & cream with the brown sugar. Add eggs and blend thoroughly. Mix in the wheatgerm & flour. Knead dough before rolling out and cutting into biscuits. Bake 190ºC / 375ºF for 12-15 minutes.

  3. 175 grams (6 oz) flour
  4. 25 grams (1 oz) cocoa
  5. 50 grams (2 oz) cornflakes

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup flour
  2. ½ tsp Baking Powder
  3. 60 grams (2 oz) butter -grated
  4. 1 cup grated cheese
  5. pinch cayenne
Instructions
  1. Rub butter & cheese into dry ingredients (can use pastry blender); then add small amount of water to make dry dough. Fold over several times and roll out as for making puff pastry, trapping in the air. Cut into finger shapes & bake on a cold greased tray 10-12 minutes at 180ºC (350ºF). Put in air-tight container when cold.
