Ingredients
  1. 250 grams butter
  2. 400 grams brown sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 cups wheatgerm
  5. 450 grams Self Raising flour
Instructions
  1. Soften butter & cream with the brown sugar. Add eggs and blend thoroughly. Mix in the wheatgerm & flour. Knead dough before rolling out and cutting into biscuits. Bake 190ºC / 375ºF for 12-15 minutes.
