Wheatgerm Digestives

  • 250 grams butter
  • 400 grams brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups wheatgerm
  • 450 grams Self Raising flour


  • Soften butter & cream with the brown sugar. Add eggs and blend thoroughly. Mix in the wheatgerm & flour. Knead dough before rolling out and cutting into biscuits. Bake 190ºC / 375ºF for 12-15 minutes.
