Ingredients
  1. 125 grams (4 oz) butter
  2. 3 dessert spoon sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1½ cups flour
  5. 2 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
  1. Cream butter & sugar; beat in the egg. Sift in the dry ingredients. Roll up into finger shapes, dip in sugar and place on greased tray. Bake 180ºC (350ºF) for 10-12 minutes.
