Elsie's Fingers

  • 125 grams 4 oz butter
  • 3 dessert spoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • cups flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder


  • Cream butter & sugar; beat in the egg. Sift in the dry ingredients. Roll up into finger shapes, dip in sugar and place on greased tray. Bake 180ºC (350ºF) for 10-12 minutes.
