Fruit Puff Roll (Lolly Cake)

Cook Time 5 minutes


  • 1 packet malt biscuits crushed
  • 1 packet fruit puffs chopped
  • 125 grams butter
  • ½ tin sweetened condensed milk
  • coconut


  • Heat the butter & condensed milk gently. Add to the crushed biscuits & fruit puffs. Form into rolls and roll in the coconut. Refrigerate then slice as required.
