Ingredients
  1. 250 grams dark chocolate-chopped
  2. 125 grams toasted hazelnuts
  3. 1 cup marshmallows
  4. 125 grams crystallised ginger
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat, stir well and cool slightly. Fold in other ingredients. Spread into well greased tin & refrigerate until firm.
