Orange Fudge Cake

  • 1 packet plain biscuits
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 125 grams 4 oz butter
  • ½ tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tsp concentrated orange cordial


  • Crush biscuits with a rolling pin or in food processor. Mix with coconut. Heat butter & condensed milk carefully, stirring constantly. Add cordial and combine with the crumbs. Press into a shallow tin and ice when set.
