Ingredients
  1. 1 chopped onion
  2. 1 clove garlic
  3. 1 chopped red pepper
  4. 1 Tbs butter
  5. ¾ cup chicken stock
Instructions
  1. Sauté first three ingredients in butter until onion is transparent. Add stock, cover & simmer 10 minutes. Puree in Food Processor. Season & cook some more until thicker if necessary.
