Red Pepper Puree

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • ¾ cup chicken stock

Instructions
 

  • Sauté first three ingredients in butter until onion is transparent. Add stock, cover & simmer 10 minutes. Puree in Food Processor. Season & cook some more until thicker if necessary.
