Red Pepper Puree
Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 Tbs butter
- ¾ cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Sauté first three ingredients in butter until onion is transparent. Add stock, cover & simmer 10 minutes. Puree in Food Processor. Season & cook some more until thicker if necessary.
