Wheatgerm Digestives
Ingredients
- 250 grams butter
- 400 grams brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups wheatgerm
- 450 grams Self Raising flour
Instructions
- Soften butter & cream with the brown sugar. Add eggs and blend thoroughly. Mix in the wheatgerm & flour. Knead dough before rolling out and cutting into biscuits. Bake 190ºC / 375ºF for 12-15 minutes.
