Ingredients
  1. 250 grams (½ lb) butter
  2. 1½ cups sugar
  3. 4 eggs
  4. Vanilla essence
  5. 2 cups flour
  6. 2 tsps baking powder
  7. Milk to mix
Instructions
  1. Cream butter & sugar, beat in eggs & essence. Sift in flour & baking powder, then mix to smooth consistency with small amount of milk. Bake large tin, 180ºC (350ºF) about 25-30 minutes.
