Tuna and Corn Fritters

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tin of Tuna
  • 1 tin of sweetcorn
  • flour
  • 2 eggs
  • milk
  • oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop onion. Add tuna and corn in a bowl. Cover with flour and mix. Add eggs and milk to make a batter. Fry in oil.
