Ingredients
  1. 4 egg whites
  2. pinch salt
  3. 250 grams sugar (8 oz)
  4. 1 Tbs corn flour
  5. 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions
  1. Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff Gradually add sugar, beating continually. Fold in corn flour and vinegar. Bake in cool oven (120ºC/250ºF) for 1 hour.
