Soft Centre Pavlova

  • 4 egg whites
  • pinch salt
  • 250 grams sugar 8 oz
  • 1 Tbs corn flour
  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff Gradually add sugar, beating continually. Fold in corn flour and vinegar. Bake in cool oven (120ºC/250ºF) for 1 hour.
