Soft Centre Pavlova
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- pinch salt
- 250 grams sugar 8 oz
- 1 Tbs corn flour
- 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions
- Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff Gradually add sugar, beating continually. Fold in corn flour and vinegar. Bake in cool oven (120ºC/250ºF) for 1 hour.
