Rocky Road
Ingredients
- 250 grams dark chocolate-chopped
- 125 grams toasted hazelnuts
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 125 grams crystallised ginger
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat, stir well and cool slightly. Fold in other ingredients. Spread into well greased tin & refrigerate until firm.
