Rocky Road

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams dark chocolate-chopped
  • 125 grams toasted hazelnuts
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 125 grams crystallised ginger

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat, stir well and cool slightly. Fold in other ingredients. Spread into well greased tin & refrigerate until firm.
