Orange Fudge Cake
Ingredients
- 1 packet plain biscuits
- 1 cup coconut
- 125 grams 4 oz butter
- ½ tin sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tsp concentrated orange cordial
Instructions
- Crush biscuits with a rolling pin or in food processor. Mix with coconut. Heat butter & condensed milk carefully, stirring constantly. Add cordial and combine with the crumbs. Press into a shallow tin and ice when set.
