  1. 125 grams (4 oz) butter
  2. 125 g (4 oz) sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 250 grams flour
  6. 2 tsp baking powder
  7. Jam or syrup
  1. Grease large ring mould and put in jam or syrup. Beat softened butter and sugar. Add eggs & beat well. Add milk, then sifted flour & baking powder Pour over the jam. Place on rack & cover with handee towel. Microwave 6-8 minutes on high. Serve with custard.
