Microwave Steamed Pudding

Ingredients
- 125 grams (4 oz) butter
- 125 g (4 oz) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 250 grams flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Jam or syrup
Instructions
- Grease large ring mould and put in jam or syrup. Beat softened butter and sugar. Add eggs & beat well. Add milk, then sifted flour & baking powder Pour over the jam. Place on rack & cover with handee towel. Microwave 6-8 minutes on high. Serve with custard.
