Microwave Steamed Pudding

Cook Time 8 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 125 grams 4 oz butter
  • 125 g 4 oz sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Jam or syrup

Instructions
 

  • Grease large ring mould and put in jam or syrup. Beat softened butter and sugar. Add eggs & beat well. Add milk, then sifted flour & baking powder Pour over the jam. Place on rack & cover with handee towel. Microwave 6-8 minutes on high. Serve with custard.
