Ingredients
  1. 100 g melted butter
  2. 2 cups grated carrot
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 cup flour
  6. ¾ tsp baking soda
  7. 1 tsp cinnamon
Optional Topping
  1. 1 Tbs melted butter
  2. 1 Tbs golden syrup
  3. ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together, adding milk or extra flour as necessary. Pour over optional topping (below) in microwave ring mould. Place on rack or raise in microwave. Cook on high for 6 minutes.
Optional Topping
  1. Mix and put into microwave ring dish before above batter.
