Microwave Steamed Carrot Pudding
Ingredients
- 100 g melted butter
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 1 egg
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Optional Topping
- 1 Tbs melted butter
- 1 Tbs golden syrup
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together, adding milk or extra flour as necessary. Pour over optional topping (below) in microwave ring mould. Place on rack or raise in microwave. Cook on high for 6 minutes.
Optional Topping
- Mix and put into microwave ring dish before above batter.
