Microwave Steamed Carrot Pudding

Cook Time 6 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g melted butter
  • 2 cups grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Optional Topping

  • 1 Tbs melted butter
  • 1 Tbs golden syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients together, adding milk or extra flour as necessary. Pour over optional topping (below) in microwave ring mould. Place on rack or raise in microwave. Cook on high for 6 minutes.

Optional Topping

  • Mix and put into microwave ring dish before above batter.
