Ingredients
  1. 1 Tbs oil
  2. 1 tsp chilli or 1 chopped chilli
  3. 2 grated carrots
  4. 4-5 cloves sliced garlic
  5. 1 medium onion, chopped
  6. 1 green capsicum, chopped
  7. 6-8 mutton chops, trimmed
  8. 2 Tbs tomato puree
  9. ½ cup beef stock
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat crock pot on high while preparing veges. Gently fry chilli, carrots, onion, garlic & capsicum about 2 minutes. Sprinkle chops with salt and half vegie mix, then another layer of chops and rest of vegie mix. Pour over tomato puree & beef stock. Cover & cook 4-5 hours.
