Macadamia & White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup (75 grams) chopped macadamia nuts
- ¾ cup (100 grams) chopped white chocolate
- 100 grams butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients well. Melt butter, add milk, egg & vanilla and beat well. Gently combine with dry ingredients and spoon into sprayed muffin pans. Bake 180ºC (350ºF) for about 12 minutes.
