Macadamia & White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup 75 grams chopped macadamia nuts
  • ¾ cup 100 grams chopped white chocolate
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients well. Melt butter, add milk, egg & vanilla and beat well. Gently combine with dry ingredients and spoon into sprayed muffin pans. Bake 180ºC (350ºF) for about 12 minutes.
