Ingredients
  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 3 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. ½ cup (75 grams) chopped macadamia nuts
  5. ¾ cup (100 grams) chopped white chocolate
  6. 100 grams butter
  7. 1 cup milk
  8. 1 large egg
  9. 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients well. Melt butter, add milk, egg & vanilla and beat well. Gently combine with dry ingredients and spoon into sprayed muffin pans. Bake 180ºC (350ºF) for about 12 minutes.
