Ingredients
  1. Juice of 6 lemons
  2. Grated rind of 4 lemons
  3. 900 grams (2 lb) sugar
  4. 8 Tbs artificial sweetener
  5. 2ΒΌ litres (4 pints) boiling water
  6. 28 grams (1 oz) citric acid
  7. 28 grams (1 oz) tartaric acid
  8. 28 grams (1 oz) Epsom salts
Instructions
  1. Dilute to taste (only a small amount is needed).
