Lemon Cup (Concentrate)
Ingredients
- Juice of 6 lemons
- Grated rind of 4 lemons
- 900 grams 2 lb sugar
- 8 Tbs artificial sweetener
- 2¼ litres 4 pints boiling water
- 28 grams 1 oz citric acid
- 28 grams 1 oz tartaric acid
- 28 grams 1 oz Epsom salts
Instructions
- Dilute to taste (only a small amount is needed).
