Ingredients
  1. 4 eggs (3 duck)
  2. 170 grams (6 oz) sugar
  3. 2 Tbs water
  4. 170 grams (6 oz) corn flour
  5. 1 dessert spoon flour
  6. 1 heaped tsp baking powder
  7. Vanilla essence
Instructions
  1. Separate eggs. Beat whites until peaks form. Boil sugar and water and add to egg whites gradually while beating Add egg yolks & essence, then fold in sifted dry ingredients. Bake 190ªC (375ºF) 15 - 20 minutes.
