Large Sponge

Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs 3 duck
  • 170 grams 6 oz sugar
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 170 grams 6 oz corn flour
  • 1 dessert spoon flour
  • 1 heaped tsp baking powder
  • Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Separate eggs. Beat whites until peaks form. Boil sugar and water and add to egg whites gradually while beating Add egg yolks & essence, then fold in sifted dry ingredients. Bake 190ªC (375ºF) 15 - 20 minutes.
