Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 125 grams ½ cup butter
  • 60 grams ¼ cup vegetable shortening (Kremelta)
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla
  • cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cups chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter, shortening & sugars until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well. Beat in vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips, keeping some for the tops. Measure out level ¼ cup of mixture, roll into balls & flatten. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top
