  1. 2 cups stale cake crumbs
  2. ½ cup flour
  3. ½ tsp baking soda
  4. ¼ cup white or brown sugar
  5. 50 g cold butter
  6. ¼ - ½ cup sultanas / currants
  7. ¾ - 1 cup milk / juice
  1. In food processor make cake into crumbs. Add flour, soda, & sugar. Mix thoroughly. Cut in the butter, add the dried fruit if desired and stir in enough liquid to make a batter. Place in a greased ring mould, cover with film and place an inverted plate on top. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stand 2-3 minutes.
