Elsie's Fingers
Ingredients
- 125 grams 4 oz butter
- 3 dessert spoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1½ cups flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Cream butter & sugar; beat in the egg. Sift in the dry ingredients. Roll up into finger shapes, dip in sugar and place on greased tray. Bake 180ºC (350ºF) for 10-12 minutes.
