Cross-cut Blade Steak Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • Vegemite
  • Blade steak
  • Cornflour

Instructions
 

  • (Quick to prepare, tender & tasty) Spread vegemite over half the pieces of cut-cross blade steak. Sandwich these together with the other pieces. No need to grease the casserole or add any liquid or other seasonings. Cover the casserole and cook in a slow oven for 2-3 hours. Thicken the juices with cornflour for gravy.
