Crispy Wedges

Cook Time 35 minutes


  • 1 kg new potatoes cut into wedges skin on
  • 90 grams melted butter
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper


  • Cook 35 minutes in hot oven till crispy. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
