Crispy Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 kg new potatoes cut into wedges (skin on)
- 90 grams melted butter
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook 35 minutes in hot oven till crispy. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
