Ingredients
  1. 1 kg carrot rings
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped green pepper
Marinade
  1. 1x450 grams tin tomato soup
  2. ¾ cup sugar
  3. ½ cup oil
  4. ½ cup vinegar
Cook carrots with salt until just done. Cover salad with following marinade
  1. Heat marinade until sugar is dissolved
