Cooked Carrot Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg carrot rings
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper

Marinade

  • 1 x450 grams tin tomato soup
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup vinegar

Instructions
 

Cook carrots with salt until just done. Cover salad with following marinade

  • Heat marinade until sugar is dissolved
