Cooked Carrot Salad
Ingredients
- 1 kg carrot rings
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
Marinade
- 1 x450 grams tin tomato soup
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup vinegar
Instructions
Cook carrots with salt until just done. Cover salad with following marinade
- Heat marinade until sugar is dissolved
