Chocolate Chip Biscuits
Ingredients
- 250 grams butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 Tbs sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- 2½ cups flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 200 grams chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180ºC. Cream butter & sugar until light; add condensed milk & vanilla; then stir in sifted dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Roll into balls, flatten with a fork on greased tray about 4cm apart. Bake 20 minutes.
