Chocolate Biscuits

Cook Time 15 minutes


  • 200 grams butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder


  • Melt butter with sugar and cocoa. Col slightly & beat in egg with wooden spoon. Sift in flour & Baking Powder Mix. Using tablespoon measure, turn out balls on baking sheet (tray) & flatten slightly with potato masher (makes a pattern). Bake 180ºC/350ºF for 10-15 minutes.
