Chocolate Biscuits
Ingredients
- 200 grams butter
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Melt butter with sugar and cocoa. Col slightly & beat in egg with wooden spoon. Sift in flour & Baking Powder Mix. Using tablespoon measure, turn out balls on baking sheet (tray) & flatten slightly with potato masher (makes a pattern). Bake 180ºC/350ºF for 10-15 minutes.
