Ingredients
  1. 1 cup kidney beans
  2. 1 cup green beans
  3. 1 cup butter beans
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 red capsicum
  6. 1 green capsicum
Dressing
  1. ¼ cup malt vinegar
  2. ¼ cup liquid from beans
  3. ¼ cup oil
  4. 1½t salt
  5. pepper
  6. ¼cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Soak required amount of dried beans overnight in plenty of water. Simmer beans in fresh water until tender, taking care they don't break up. Combine with cooked green beans & cooked butter beans. Add onion cut in chunks, red & green capsicum (or tinned). While the beans are warm add dressing.
Dressing
  1. Mix ingredients & stir in sugar. Chill 24 hours.
