Ingredients
  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 2 tsp baking powder
  3. ¼ tsp salt
  4. ¼ cup sugar
  5. ½ cup milk
  6. 2 tsp melted butter
  7. 1 tsp vanilla
Topping
  1. ½ cup each of white & brown sugar
  2. 2 rounded Tbs. cocoa
Instructions
  1. Sift flour, salt, baking powder & add sugar. Mix and add milk, melted butter & vanilla. Pour into baking dish and add topping.
Topping
  1. Mix together and sprinkle over mixture and gently pour over 1 cup of cold water. Bake for 40 minutes at 160ºC (325ºF).
