Baked Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Topping
- ½ cup each of white & brown sugar
- 2 rounded Tbs. cocoa
Instructions
- Sift flour, salt, baking powder & add sugar. Mix and add milk, melted butter & vanilla. Pour into baking dish and add topping.
Topping
- Mix together and sprinkle over mixture and gently pour over 1 cup of cold water. Bake for 40 minutes at 160ºC (325ºF).
