Baked Chocolate Pudding

Cook Time 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Topping

  • ½ cup each of white & brown sugar
  • 2 rounded Tbs. cocoa

Instructions
 

  • Sift flour, salt, baking powder & add sugar. Mix and add milk, melted butter & vanilla. Pour into baking dish and add topping.

Topping

  • Mix together and sprinkle over mixture and gently pour over 1 cup of cold water. Bake for 40 minutes at 160ºC (325ºF).
