Ingredients
  1. 500 grams mince
  2. 1 medium onion finely chopped
  3. 3 cloves crushed garlic
  4. 1 Tbs oil
  5. 1½ cups fresh white bread crumbs (use food processor)
  6. 2 beaten eggs
  7. Salt & freshly ground pepper
  8. 2 Tbs Tandoori paste or 1 Tbs powdered Tandoori
  9. 1 Tbs finely chopped parsley
  10. Bacon to wrap around loaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in small pan & stir fry onion until soft - add garlic & bread crumbs; cook 2 minutes. Mix mince with onion mixture & bind together with beaten eggs, Tandoori seasoning & parsley. Season with salt & lots of freshly ground pepper. With wet hands, form mince into little loaves, wrap bacon around them and place in oiled roasting dish. Bake in preheated 400ºF about 30-35 minutes. Serve with Coconut Rice with Sweet Chili Yoghurt Dressing.
