Aunty Rosie's Rona Bikkies
Ingredients
- 125 grams ¼lb butter
- 450 grams 1 lb flour
- 1 breakfast cup sugar
- 75 mLs 3 oz milk
- 1 level tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Rub butter into flour. Bring milk to the boil and add soda then mix it into the flour. Roll out and cut into biscuits. Bake in moderate oven about 10 minutes.
- Aunty Rosie was one of Peter's great aunts.
