  2. 125 grams butter
  3. ¾ cup sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. a small amount of milk
  6. 2 breakfast cups flour
  7. 1 heaped tsp baking powder
  1. Stew the apples. Cream together 125 grams butter and ¾ cup sugar. Then add 1 egg and beat well. Add a small amount of milk. Sift together 2 breakfast cups flour and 1 heaped tsp baking powder
  2. This will be a fairly dry mix. Roll out. Put apple on half and cover with the other half. Bake moderate oven until lightly brown.
