Ingredients
  1. 250 grams flour (8oz)
  2. 1 tsp baking powder
  3. 1Tbs. butter
  4. ½ cup milk
  5. Stewed apples
Instructions
  1. Put stewed apples in greased dish. Make scone dough topping - sift flour & baking powder Rub in the butter, mix with milk to a soft dough. Roll out and place on top of hot apple. Bake at 190ºC (375ºF) until crust is browned.
