Almond Biscuits
Ingredients
- 250 grams ½ lb butter
- 250 grams ½ lb sugar
- 1 egg
- 375 grams ¾ lb flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp almond essence
- Almond pieces
Instructions
- Cream butter & sugar. Add beaten egg. Fold in sifted flour & Baking Powder Add essence. Place in ball on greased tray; flatten with a fork and place piece of almond on top. Bake 180ºC/350ºF for 15 minutes. Makes about 50.
