Yoghurt & Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tbs golden syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 carton yoghurt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup bran
- ½ cup dried fruit
Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar & syrup. Mix in egg & yoghurt. Sift in flour & soda. Add bran & fruit. Mix quickly. Bake 190ºC (375ºF) 15 minutes.
