Steph's Marinade
Ingredients
- 100 mls white vinegar
- 50 mls oil
- 1 dessert spoon brown sugar
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 20 mls soya sauce
- salt & pepper
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
Instructions
- Mix & soak meat with this for several hours in the refrigerator.
