Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 Tbs custard powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 250 grams softened butter / margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Place all above in mixing bowl and beat with electric beaters, low -med. for 10minutes Bake in 2 tins (20cm) for 40-45 minutes. Variation - put sliced raw apple on top with cinnamon and sugar.
