Peanut Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g 4 oz butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 dessert spoon cocoa
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter & sugar ; add egg, sifted dry ingredients, and peanuts. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. Bake 180ºC (350ºF) about 15 minutes.
