Peanut Brownies
Ingredients
- 125 g 4 oz butter
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 egg
 - 1½ cups flour
 - 1 tsp Baking Powder
 - 2 dessert spoon cocoa
 - ½ tsp salt
 - 1 cup peanuts
 
Instructions
- Cream butter & sugar ; add egg, sifted dry ingredients, and peanuts. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. Bake 180ºC (350ºF) about 15 minutes.
