Jam Drops
Ingredients
- 125 grams 4 oz butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 small eggs
- 2 small cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- salt
Instructions
- Cream butter & sugar, add eggs and beat. Sift in dry ingredients. Roll small amount into ball. Place on greased tray. Make small dent in each and put jam in it. Bake moderate oven (180ºc/ 350ºF) about 15 minutes. Freeze well.
