Ingredients
  

Dough

Scone mix can be used with an egg added otherwise

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tsps baking powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • milk to mix

Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tbs golden syrup

Instructions
 

  • Cook small scones 15 minutes in boiling syrup.
