Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 125 grams ½ cup butter
- 60 grams ¼ cup vegetable shortening (Kremelta)
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla
- 1¾ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream butter, shortening & sugars until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well. Beat in vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips, keeping some for the tops. Measure out level ¼ cup of mixture, roll into balls & flatten. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top
